Job Description We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse and transport operations, driving strong performance, high standards and continuous improvement across the department. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance daily delivery with longer-term development, supporting teams, improving systems and helping to modernise working practices. A key part of the role will be to lead performance through data, KPIs and reporting, while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and strengthen overall ways of working. You will also play an important role in supporting system adoption, including the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related digital processes. Maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency and service performance. Drive KPI achievement and monitor performance using data and reporting tools. Lead the adoption of new systems, workflows and digital tools. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies and ISO standards. Maintain safe working practices, equipment standards and site housekeeping. Set clear objectives, carry out performance reviews and support staff development. Manage attendance, conduct and employee relations matters in line with policy. Support cost control, budget awareness and waste reduction.
