The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager / Director to take full operational and commercial responsibility for the UK business. This role requires a highly self-sufficient and commercially astute leader who can quickly assess the organisation, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable operational and strategic initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will oversee all core functions, ensuring strong alignment between sales, operations, engineering, production, and support services while driving sustainable growth and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Provide full operational and commercial leadership across the UK business

- Oversee and align core functions including HR, business development, production, CNC manufacturing, machine shop, warehouse, and field operations

- Ensure operational capability aligns with commercial objectives
