The requirements of the Service Co‑ordinator will be:
- Co‑ordination of engineer diaries, materials, labour and other necessary resources required for the efficient completion of any job
- Quoting for any additional repairs identified as required
- Ensure compliance with all processes and dealer operating standards
- Ensure adherence to timeframes and technical information, and to close all jobs in a timely manner
- Strive to meet relevant KPI’s
- Working 1 Saturday morning in every 4, time off in lieu
The ideal candidate for Service Co‑ordinator will have:
- Technical understanding within the heavy plant industry is essential
- Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and email
- Understanding mechanical terminology and able to read and understand technical reports
