The requirements of the Service Co‑ordinator will be:

  • Co‑ordination of engineer diaries, materials, labour and other necessary resources required for the efficient completion of any job
  • Quoting for any additional repairs identified as required
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and dealer operating standards
  • Ensure adherence to timeframes and technical information, and to close all jobs in a timely manner
  • Strive to meet relevant KPI’s
  • Working 1 Saturday morning in every 4, time off in lieu

The ideal candidate for Service Co‑ordinator will have:

  • Technical understanding within the heavy plant industry is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and email
  • Understanding mechanical terminology and able to read and understand technical reports
