Elite Consultancy Network is recruiting on behalf of a highly successful, owner-managed organisation within the industrial equipment sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a high-calibre Industrial Sales Manager to develop and grow sales across the West Midlands territory.\\n This is a customer-facing, consultative B2B sales role, ideal for a driven individual with a strong background in industrial equipment, material handling, access equipment or power generation.\\n\\n The Role The primary purpose of this role is to promote and sell an industrial product range, with a strong focus on Telescopic Lift Trucks (TLT / Teletrucks), alongside Access Equipment and Generators.\\n\\n You will work closely with customers across a wide range of industrial sectors, including:\\n\\nLogistics\\nWarehousing\\nManufacturing\\nDistribution\\nRecyclingBy developing strong relationships and understanding customer operations, you will propose tailored material handling and power solutions, delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to delivery and aftersales.\\n\\n Key Responsibilities\\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships\\nDevelop in-depth knowledge of customer operations, applications and technical requirements\\nIdentify customer needs and deliver consultative, solution-based sales\\nPrepare and present machinery quotations using internal sales systems\\nOffer value-added solutions including:\\n\\nService and R&M contracts\\nAttachments suited to customer applications\\nFinance and insurance solutions\\nCarry out full appraisals of used equipment\\nComplete accurate machine specifications and order documentation\\nConduct on-site machine demonstrations and installations\\nMonitor customer account status and assist with payment collection\\nUpdate CRM systems to support accurate forecasting and reporting\\nMeet and exceed sales, profitability and customer service targets\\nMaintain strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders\\nEnsure all administration and reporting is completed accurately and on time\\nWork in line with company health & safety standards and policiesEssential Skills & Experience\\nProven track record in B2B sales within:\\n\\nIndustrial equipment\\nMaterial handling\\nAccess equipment\\nPower generation or related sectors\\nStrong commercial awareness with the ability to solve customer challenges\\nExperience in consultative, solution-led selling\\nConfident in needs analysis, negotiation and closing sales\\nAbility to plan, manage and forecast sales activity effectively\\nFull UK driving licence with a good driving recordDesirable\\nFork Lift Truck (FLT) licencePersonal Attributes\\nResults-driven with a strong βcan-doβ attitude\\nProfessional, reliable and well-organised\\nCustomer-focused and quality-driven\\nAble to work independently and manage multiple priorities\\nStrong communication skills at all levels\\nTeam-oriented, adaptable and positive under pressureWhy Apply?
