Health & Safety Recruitment Consultant | Contract Desk Birmingham Up to £40,000 per annum + commission scheme + benefits package inclusive of unlimited annual leave, flexible working, private healthcare with service.
Get fast-track access to high-earning contract roles and build your authority in the growing HSE market - with direct mentorship, warm leads and total flexibility. You will be able to grow your personal brand in one of the UK’s most in-demand contract markets. You’ll step straight into warm, high-quality HSE contract leads, with support from a senior team of 6 and close access to your Associate Director. That means faster placements, higher commission, and stronger long-term client relationships.
You’ll get hands-on training, daily mentoring, and access to advanced recruitment systems. You won’t just learn - your skills will compound fast. That opens the door to promotions, bigger contracts, and career security others in the industry can only hope for.
This role works alongside an accomplished Associate Director who has spent the last 15 years within the team, many of those building a thriving contract desk before now focusing on client engagement. You’ll have the chance to leverage from six permanent consultants who are well-respected within our core HSE markets, giving you instant credibility and a trusted team to support your growth.
This is a pivotal position for someone eager to expand our contract and interim offering, consistently connecting exceptional safety professionals from Advisor to Director level with new and exciting projects across the UK, with the future opportunity to build the contract division out further.
You’ll suit this role if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adept at generating new business from candidate relationships, and have a keen eye for providing swift, effective contract recruitment solutions to our clients. Your proactive approach will be the driving force behind a growing contract network, shaping interim careers as you introduce exceptional HSE talent to leading organisations nationwide.
Any recruitment contract exposure in a professional market would be advantageous, as would competence in managing contract/interim solutions from both candidate and client side with minimal hand-holding.
