HSE Recruitment are working with an established manufacturing company in Newark who are looking for a new Safety, Health Environmental Manager to lead the safety culture and performance across the site. This is one of the best performing sites, with a very engaged management team and a headcount of circa 100. Your role is to support the site in moving from a dependant to an interdependent safety culture. Reporting into the Plant Manager and sitting on the senior management team, you will provide the direction, support and clarity in relation to health and safety.
