This is a senior, commercially focused HR leadership position, combining strategic HR partnering, business transformation, customer engagement and leadership across a significant and growing business area. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior business leaders, helping shape the people strategy while also playing an active role in business growth, customer relationships and the development of the wider HR function.
