About the Opportunity

Executive Mae Recruitment is working with a successful and growing professional services business seeking an organised and proactive Sales & Contracts Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a varied position offering a mix of contractor administration, office coordination and sales support. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy office, thrives on organisation and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams, playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating contractor onboarding and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed.
  • Processing timesheets, approvals and contractor payments accurately and on time.
  • Supporting new starters with equipment, system access and general onboarding.
  • Providing first-line support for basic IT, telephony and office equipment.
  • Assisting consultants with administration including CV formatting, candidate documentation and placement paperwork.
  • Managing office supplies, travel arrangements and supporting company events.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring internal systems remain up to date.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for contractors and internal colleagues.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

Previous administration, recruitment support, sales support or contractor coordination experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
