The Role
- Coordinating contractor onboarding and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed.
- Processing timesheets, approvals and contractor payments accurately and on time.
- Supporting new starters with equipment, system access and general onboarding.
- Providing first-line support for basic IT, telephony and office equipment.
- Assisting consultants with administration including CV formatting, candidate documentation and placement paperwork.
- Managing office supplies, travel arrangements and supporting company events.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring internal systems remain up to date.
- Acting as a central point of contact.
