Purpose of Position
Act as Pilot in Command, while providing the best customer service possible to ensure safe operations and customer satisfaction.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Carry out all duties of Aircraft Commander to ensure safety of all flights and passengers, in accordance with the aircraft Flight Manual, all company Standard Operating Procedures, and applicable legislation;
- Focus on the safe and efficient operation of the flight according to company procedures;
- Ensure the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining a continuous and independent check of the aircraft's geographical position and terrain clearance;
- Perform all operational procedures and checklists as per the Airplane Flight Manual, Operations Manuals, and flight commander instructions;
- Report any occurrence or incident that endangers or may endanger safety;
- Report any fault, failure, malfunction, or defect that may affect airworthiness or safe operation;
- Provide excellent customer service at all times to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
