Your Mission: Craft Unforgettable In-Flight Experiences.
Primary purpose is to provide an optimum level of comfort and service to passengers while forming the essential connection between passengers and the flight crew. You'll ensure that every journey reflects the highest standards of safety, service, and discretion.
Tasks and Responsibilities.
- Passenger Service Excellence: Provide optimum levels of comfort and service to passengers through ready and efficient assistance and courtesy.
- Guarantee the delivery of exceptional customer service and provide relevant feedback to the Commander and related company departments.
- Form the link between passengers and the flight crew whenever requested by the Commander, ensuring a high level of service throughout the flight.
- Cabin and Equipment Management: Check catering and other onboard non-safety related equipment and immediately report deficiencies to the Commander, ensuring the aircraft is in perfect condition.
- Report any condition or event that might endanger the safety of the flight—your vigilance is essential.
- Ensure proper cleaning of the cabin and re-stocking between flights to guarantee the aircraft is properly prepared for subsequent journeys.
What We're Looking For.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within private aviation or premium hospitality.
