The Opportunity

Executive Integrity is partnering with a global satellite communications provider that is scaling a multi‑product portfolio across maritime and remote connectivity. They now need a Technical Product Manager to be the technical authority across Starlink, OneWeb, Iridium, Inmarsat and key hardware manufacturers, turning complex capability into commercial advantage for high value customers and internal sales teams. This hire sits at the centre of new product launches, major partner integrations and competitive positioning across multiple geographies. The right person will materially influence revenue growth by sharpening how products are defined, sold and supported.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Own the technical narrative for all connectivity products, arming global sales teams to win and retain strategic accounts.
  • Shape go‑to‑market strategy with the Head of Product & Airtime, defining positioning, benefits and target customers.
  • Lead requirements capture for internal and external software development so products align with real customer problems.
  • Drive evaluation and launch of new hardware and services with Systems Engineering, ensuring they integrate into core platforms.
  • Elevate competitive edge through continuous product, market and competitor analysis translated into usable collateral.

What Success Looks Like

  • Proven technical product management track record in satcoms, communications or adjacent technology.
  • Confident IP networking expert who can go deep technically yet communicate in plain commercial language.
  • Experienced in managing hardware suppliers and assessing new product capabilities and integration paths.
  • Operates as a self‑directed partner to sales, marketing and engineering, not an order taker.
  • Handles peak demand and multiple projects without losing control of priorities or quality.
