This hire is driven by a clear commercial need: more bids to win, more projects to deliver, and greater ownership required across the full lifecycle. This is not a back office project role. It is a front line position where commercial judgement, technical credibility and delivery ownership directly influence revenue, customer confidence and future pipeline.

  • Own the full lifecycle from bid shaping through to delivery and invoicing across multiple concurrent projects
  • Convert ambiguous customer requirements into commercially viable, technically credible solutions
  • Lead multi-party projects including R&D programmes, sea trials and autonomous vessel deployments
  • Act as the primary client interface, strengthening relationships and unlocking repeat and follow on work
  • Drive delivery performance, balancing technical ambition with margin and contractual outcomes

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently wins and delivers projects that meet both technical and commercial expectations
  • Operates with high ownership, taking accountability beyond scope or job title
  • Builds credibility quickly with engineers, customers and partners
  • Thrives in ambiguity, managing multiple fast moving projects without heavy process
  • Brings energy, resilience and a bias for completion in demanding, real world environments

What Is on Offer

  • Direct exposure to cutting edge marine electrification and autonomy projects
  • A visible role with influence over revenue, customers and strategic delivery
  • Real ownership in a low bureaucracy, high trust environment
