A fast-growing ship owner operating a mixed fleet of vessels is expanding its commercial capability and strengthening its chartering function with a hands-on Chartering Manager to drive revenue, utilisation, and market positioning.

What will you be doing?

  • Secure employment for an assigned fleet at optimal rates and commercial terms
  • Fix vessels in the spot market and actively market the fleet to brokers and clients
  • Provide daily market intelligence, fixture updates, and informed market views
  • Negotiate charter party terms in line with company standards
  • Support chartering strategy and commercial decision-making
