This Senior, Strategic appointment offers a Qualified, Successful Marine Warranty Surveyor the opportunity to shape and lead a high-impact service line within offshore renewables and complex marine projects, drawing on a Strong, Trusted reputation across the insurance and energy markets.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and grow a Winner Marine Warranty Survey capability across offshore renewables and decommissioning
- Act as a Brave, Assured figurehead with insurers, underwriters and brokers, strengthening market presence
- Oversee and deliver high-value offshore projects, acting as Lead MWS where required
- Inspire, mentor and develop a Motivated, Focused technical team
- Drive business development, converting relationships into sustainable growth

- Qualified Marine Warranty Surveyor with senior offshore energy experience
- SOMWS member (or eligible) with a Strong grasp of codes, standards and assurance practices
- Proven leader with commercial acumen and client-facing confidence
