What will you be doing?
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale cyber resilience projects across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Designing and architecting secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructures aligned to client objectives and security frameworks.
- Managing and coordinating incident response activities, minimising impact on business operations and ensuring timely resolution of security incidents.
- Acting as a trusted client advisor, engaging stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements, provide guidance, and deliver tailored cyber resilience solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, networking, cloud (AWS), virtualisation (Nutanix, VMware), storage, and IT operations, to deliver integrated security outcomes.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote efficient delivery, continuous improvement, and a collaborative team culture.
- Mentoring and developing junior consultants, sharing best practices in cyber resilience, security architecture, and Agile methodologies.
- Supporting business development efforts, contributing to proposals, presentations, and identifying opportunities to expand cyber resilience services.
- Driving knowledge sharing, documentation of best practices, and innovation within the Cyber Resilience practice.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- 5+ years' experience leading cybersecurity or cyber resilience projects in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Deep expertise in threat intelligence, risk management, incident response, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST CSF), and security architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR, firewalls, PAM, SOAR, CNAPP, and automation tools (Rapid7 InsightIDR/InsightVM/InsightConnect, SentinelOne, Fortinet, Delinea, Netskope, Ansible, Terraform).
- Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructures.
- Strong client engagement skills with experience acting as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and leading cross-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and facilitation of ceremonies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment.
