Who are we recruiting for?

A highly regarded, globally active shipping and commercial platform operating across Gas, Tanker, Dry Bulk and Container markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing operations function with real commercial influence and exposure to senior stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Owning post-fixture operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing of freight, hire, demurrage and claims
  • Driving strong cashflow by managing receivables, minimising overdue exposure and resolving disputes
  • Working closely with Chartering, Operations, Treasury and Compliance to protect the Owner’s position
  • Managing broker commissions, bareboat payments and treasury reconciliations
  • Leading or supporting charterer negotiations and settlement strategies (senior level)

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Qualified in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics or Accountancy
  • Experience in post-fixture, commercial operations or shipping accounts
  • Strong knowledge of charterparty terms and voyage-based claims
  • Confident user of IMOS and Microsoft Excel
  • Assured communicator with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines
