A fast-growing ship owner operating a mixed fleet of vessels. The business is expanding its commercial capability and is strengthening its chartering function with a hands-on Chartering Manager to drive revenue, utilisation, and market positioning.
What will you be doing?
- Secure employment for an assigned fleet at optimal rates and commercial terms
- Fix vessels in the spot market and actively market the fleet to brokers and clients
- Provide daily market intelligence, fixture updates, and informed market views
- Negotiate charter party terms in line with company standards
- Support chartering strategy and commercial decision-making
