Executive Recruitment Consultant in Southampton focusing on Executive Search, Project Builds & GTM Hiring in Energy, Renewables & SaaS.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 base + uncapped commission (up to 50%).

We partner with private equity investors and high-growth businesses across energy, renewables and SaaS to place the talent that drives real enterprise value. This includes retained executive search for CEOs, CROs, and commercial leaders, as well as building out project teams and go-to-market functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead retained search assignments for private equity-backed and high-growth businesses.
  • Build out project teams and go-to-market functions, managing multiple hires at pace.
  • Engage directly with CEOs, CROs and investment partners.
  • Map talent markets and headhunt the people who move the needle, from leadership down.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes from brief to placement.
  • Generate new mandates and build your own client relationships over time.
