What will you be doing?
- Lead the end-to-end development of high and low voltage battery and power systems for next-generation marine applications.
- Shape specification, procurement, production planning and lifecycle strategy to ensure strong, reliable supply.
- Define technical standards and ensure compliance with marine and international regulations.
- Collaborate with customers to design assured, high-performance installations including schematics and integration documentation.
- Champion continuous product innovation, keeping the portfolio competitive and future-ready.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Qualified engineer with proven experience in HV/LV battery systems or electrical power architecture.
- Strong understanding of protection systems, insulation monitoring, EMC, shielding and safety interlocks.
- Knowledge of HV charging standards (e.g. CCS), communication protocols and battery compliance (UN38.3, IEC62619).
- Familiarity with marine or commercial vessel standards is highly desirable.
- Motivated, focused and determined leader with the ability to combine deep technical expertise and commercial awareness.
