Executive Integrity is a specialist search firm partnering with private equity investors and high-growth businesses to place talent that drives real enterprise value. Our work includes retained executive search for C-suite roles and building out project teams and go-to-market functions.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have held down a role and stuck at it
- Have worked somewhere with real customers, targets, and pressure
- Are comfortable picking up the phone

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading retained search assignments for private equity-backed and high-growth businesses
- Building out project teams and go-to-market functions
- Engaging directly with CEOs, CROs, and investment partners
- Mapping talent markets and headhunting key individuals
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder processes from brief to placement
- Generating new mandates and building client relationships
You will work towards clear revenue targets in a high-performance team, with genuine progression opportunities based on performance and leadership.
By year three, six-figure total earnings are realistic for high performers, with additional incentives for exceptional billing.
