What will you be doing?
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale cyber resilience projects across multiple clients.
- Designing and architecting scalable, reliable, and secure cyber resilience infrastructures aligned with client objectives.
- Managing and coordinating incident response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and minimising business impact.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and tailored cyber resilience solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, cloud (AWS), virtualisation (Nutanix/VMware), storage, and IT operations.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring effective project delivery.
- Mentoring junior consultants and associates on technical skills, best practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Supporting business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and identification of new opportunities.
- Driving knowledge sharing and the adoption of cyber resilience best practices within the organisation.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Extensive experience in cyber resilience, incident response, threat intelligence, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Hands-on experience with modern security technologies, including: SIEM (Rapid7 InsightIDR preferred), XDR (SentinelOne preferred), firewalls (Fortinet preferred), vulnerability management (Rapid7 InsightVM), PAM tools (Delinea), SSE/ZTNA (Netskope), cloud security / CNAPP (Rapid7 InsightCloudSec), and automation tools such as Ansible/Terraform.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cybersecurity projects from inception to delivery.
- Strong skills in designing cyber resilience architectures and integrating security into broader IT strategies.
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating Agile teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Multi-disciplinary collaboration experience across IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and operations domains.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH highly desirable.
