What will you be doing?
- Owning the end-to-end customer journey, driving improved adoption, onboarding and long-term engagement
- Acting as the assured voice of the customer, translating real-world problems into impactful product and commercial insights
- Leading product messaging, brand consistency and creative go-to-market campaigns for new features
- Equipping sales teams with strong competitive intelligence and compelling value-led narratives
- Building trusted relationships with clients, turning successful users into advocates and case studies
Are you the ideal candidate?
- 4–7 years’ experience in a client-facing B2B SaaS, maritime or product/solutions role
- Commercially focused, analytical and confident influencing product direction
- A motivated, creative communicator able to engage technical and commercial stakeholders
- Highly organised, determined and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
- Fluent English essential; maritime exposure or additional languages a plus
