Scope of Role
The Application Support Consultant will support customers using Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management modules within the company's ERP software.
As part of the Customer Success Office, you'll troubleshoot technical and operational issues, identify solutions, and help customers maximise their ERP investment.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries across various business processes.
- Investigate, document and troubleshoot issues.
- Identify effective solutions using analytical and creative problem-solving.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience.

- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should have one or more of
- Experience with Accounting, ERP or Business Management Software.
- A degree in Computer Science, Accounting or Business.
- Strong financial/management reporting knowledge.
Desirable experience includes
- SQL Server, My SQL, SQL scripting and database administration.
- FTP/SFTP, SSL, REST/SOAP APIs, Soap UI, Postman, Excel and CSV.
- Third-party integrations, EDI, logistics, warehouse management, CRM, E-Commerce or BI.
- Day-to-day ERP/business software experience.
