We are working with a globally recognised leader in LNG shipping, renowned for delivering safe, reliable, and commercially optimised LNG transport solutions worldwide. With a focus on operational excellence, safety, and performance optimisation, they are looking to strengthen their LNG shipping division by hiring an experienced and motivated Voyage Manager to support their continued growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of LNG voyages, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient delivery aligned with contractual obligations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, vessel masters, terminals, and clients throughout the voyage lifecycle.
  • Monitor voyage P&L performance including freight, bunkers, port costs, demurrage, and off-hire, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Chartering, Technical and Operations teams to optimise routing, cargo loadings, and port calls for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee voyage documentation, issue voyage instructions, and support laytime calculations, demurrage claims, and post-voyage settlements.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, Marine Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-10 years’ experience in LNG operations, commercial shipping, or voyage management.
  • Seagoing experience as a senior ranking Deck Officer on LNG Carriers.
  • Skilled in voyage management systems and performance monitoring tools.
  • Proactive, solution-driven communicator with the ability to work across commercial and technical teams.
