The role
Executive Integrity partners with private equity investors and high-growth businesses to place the talent that drives real value. You'll work retained executive search (CEOs, CROs, commercial leaders) alongside faster-moving project and go-to-market hires, so there are two engines to bill from and plenty of variety.
No recruitment background? No problem.
Some of our best consultants came from car showrooms, gym floors, estate agency, hospitality and retail. We'll teach you the search. You bring the hunger. You'll likely have:
- A track record of sticking at a role
- Experience with real customers, targets and pressure
- Confidence on the phone and composure when a deal wobbles
- The drive to earn and commit to something properly
Where it goes
A clear path to Managing Consultant and Head of Section, based on performance, not time served. Six-figure earnings are realistic by year three for high performers.
