The Opportunity: Our client is an established designer and manufacturer of advanced electric propulsion and smart marine systems, operating at the forefront of the transition away from combustion power. Its technology is deployed across commercial, defence, leisure and autonomous vessels, with international demand increasing as operators seek cleaner, higher performance solutions. With more systems entering service and production scaling, this appointment strengthens technical capability at a commercially critical point. The individual will protect product performance in the field while directly influencing how the next generation of systems are refined and improved.
