Following an exciting restructure, this vibrant and forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Senior Operations Superintendent to join their London team and play a key role in driving operational excellence.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee a diverse fleet of up to 20 vessels, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant daily operations.
• Deliver strong commercial results by managing voyage performance, off-hire, and claims data.
• Liaise confidently with charterers, insurance, and accounts teams to meet operational and financial objectives.
• Review and support charterparty execution, bills of lading, and documentation with assurance and precision.
• Contribute creative insights to improve systems, processes, and the overall operational performance.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Experienced in dry bulk, container, tanker or gas carrier operations within a reputable shipowner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and comfortable working with data-driven systems.
• Determined, motivated, and confident managing multiple vessels in a lean, high-performing team.
• Strong communicator with a sharp commercial mindset and problem-solving ability.
• A proactive, inquisitive individual with a brave, assured attitude toward continual improvement.
