We are partnered with a respected owner-operator managing a mixed fleet. The working culture is close-knit, hands-on and collaborative, where your voice matters and contribution is valued.
What will you be doing?
- Leading HSEQ performance across assigned vessels
- Conducting ISM / ISPS / MLC / Navigational / Vetting audits
- Supporting Masters and senior crew with safety and cargo operations
- Investigating incidents and driving improved safety culture
- Ensuring vessels meet global compliance standards and company expectations
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Chief Officer / Master Mariner background preferred, sailing in-rank on Container vessels.
- Prior HSEQ Superintendent experience ideal but straight from sea & eager to learn also encouraged
- Strong communicator, proactive, supportive approach
