Job Title: Engineering Manager Offshore Wind Location: London or Bristol (Hybrid) Our client, a leading offshore wind engineering consultancy, is seeking a Engineering Manager (WTG Foundations) to take on a key technical leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge foundation designs for major offshore wind projects. Leading conceptual and detailed design of WTG foundations Offshore wind only (monopiles, jackets, gravity-based structures). Collaborating with geotechnical, structural, and marine engineers on cost-effective solutions . Managing engineering deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Liaising with clients, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities . Driving innovation in foundation design and staying updated with industry trends. 8+ years of experience in offshore wind foundation design. ~ Degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Marine Engineering (Chartered status preferred). ~ Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. ~ Expertise in offshore structure design tools and industry regulations. ~ Experience managing technical and commercial aspects of projects.
