Finance systems don't run themselves — someone has to make OneStream and D365 actually talk to each other, stay compliant, and give leadership numbers they can trust. That's this role.

We're looking for a SaaS Systems Manager to sit at the intersection of Finance and IT for a fast-moving international business — owning the core finance platforms end-to-end, from configuration and access governance through to system testing, integrations, and the reports that senior stakeholders actually rely on.

Location: London (this role is office based and requires 5 days a week in the office)

Salary: Up to £90k Base

What you'll own:

  • System ownership of OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics D365, and other corporate platforms
  • Configuration & governance — chart of accounts, legal entity structures, access controls
  • Continuous improvement of finance systems and processes across a complex, multi-entity
  • End-to-end project delivery — requirements, localisation, data migration, testing, go-live
  • Integration of new entities into group reporting infrastructure as the business scales
  • Subject-matter expertise and training for finance users, auditors, and stakeholders

What you'll bring:

  • Hands-on experience with OneStream, Hyperion or Microsoft Dynamics F&O (F&O is a strong ideal)
  • Strong grounding in financial consolidation, reporting, and legal entity structures
  • Advanced Excel and a genuine comfort with data flows between ERP and reporting systems
  • The organisational range to juggle multiple deadlines in a global, fast-paced setting

Nice to have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification, IFRS/GAAP exposure, OneStream/CPM certification, or experience in a complex multinational.

What's in it for you:

  • Generous pension — up to 10% employer contribution
