With the HSEQ team central to their operations, they ensure top-tier compliance with safety, environmental, and navigational policies across their fleet.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing SMS-related documentation and updates as instructed by the HSEQ Manager.
  • Coordinating with internal committees for incident investigation, audits, and change management.
  • Planning and conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification bodies.
  • Supporting security operations under the CSO authority, including Ship Security Plans (SSP).
  • Providing guidance on education and training for both shore staff and crew.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Experience: HSEQ and auditing experience is essential, with a sailing background strongly preferred.
  • Industry: LNG or tanker experience is ideal, but applicants with chemical or oil experience will be considered.
  • Qualifications: Advanced Tanker Safety Training (Gas) and internal auditor certification are mandatory. ISO experience is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, risk management, and leadership skills.
