As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will lead the company's financial strategy, capital raising, corporate finance, financial operations, and investor engagement, playing a pivotal role in supporting continued expansion and value creation.
What will you be doing: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in line with its long-term growth objectives.
Lead all corporate finance activities, including debt financing, equity raises, refinancing processes, and capital allocation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, lenders, infrastructure funds, banks, and external financial advisors.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, tax, and financial controls across the organisation.
