Our client, a leading offshore wind engineering consultancy, is seeking an Engineering Manager (WTG Foundations) to take on a key technical leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge foundation designs for major offshore wind projects.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading conceptual and detailed design of WTG foundations Offshore wind only (monopiles, jackets, gravity-based structures).
  • Providing technical expertise and review to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborating with geotechnical, structural, and marine engineers on cost-effective solutions.
  • Managing engineering deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
  • Liaising with clients, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
  • Driving innovation in foundation design and staying updated with industry trends.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • 8+ years of experience in offshore wind foundation design.
  • Degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Marine Engineering (Chartered status preferred).

  • Experience managing technical and commercial aspects of projects.
