Executive Integrity is recruiting on behalf of a successful, award-winning global shipowner seeking a qualified, determined Technical Superintendent with dual fuel engine expertise and PCTC (Pure Car & Truck Carrier) sailing experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a strong, refreshed technical team managing high-profile, future-focused tonnage.
What will you be doing?
- Be the assured technical authority for dual fuel PCTC vessels, keeping them safe, compliant and commercially ready.
- Drive improved performance across maintenance, drydockings and fleet KPIs, protecting uptime and budgets.
- Lead and inspire senior ship staff with focused, brave leadership and a safety-first mindset.
- Partner with Class, Flag, yards and vendors to deliver winner-level results.
- Champion HSSE excellence and sustainable practices across the fleet.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Dual fuel engine experience is essential, with time sailed on PCTC vessels.
- Chief Engineer (CoC Class I) or Degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven Superintendent or senior sailing background with strong technical credibility.
- Motivated, analytical and confident communicator able to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
