What will you be doing?
- Owning and growing a portfolio of government accounts, acting as a trusted and assured partner to senior stakeholders
- Driving renewals, retention, and expansion by delivering clear value and improved outcomes for customers
- Building strong, long-term relationships across defence, law enforcement, customs, and intelligence communities
- Translating complex operational needs into impactful technology solutions through demos and engagement
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a vibrant, refreshed customer experience
- Working alongside customer success manager
Are you the ideal candidate?
- 4+ years’ experience in account management or sales within software or technology
- Proven success working with public sector, defence, maritime, intelligence, or law enforcement customers
- Must have worked with international clients not just the UK
- A qualified, motivated, and commercially strong professional with a winner’s mindset
- Confident managing complex stakeholders and negotiations independently
- Focused, determined, and comfortable operating across cultures with regional travel
