Scope of Role The Application Support Consultant will support customers using Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management modules within the company's ERP software.
As part of the Customer Success Office, you'll troubleshoot technical and operational issues, identify solutions, and help customers maximise their ERP investment.
Responsibilities Resolve customer queries across various business processes.
