Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Provide strategic insights to clients by staying informed on legal market trends and developments.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
• Leverage your network to source top-tier legal talent and expand Executive Hunt’s reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal recruitment, executive search and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage high-level client relationships and drive business development.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the legal industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
