About Executive Hunt
Executive Hunt is a partner‑only legal search firm exclusively focused on the US law firm market. We advise Am Law 100 firms on their most strategic lateral partner and practice group hires. Unlike generalist agencies, we work only at the partner and counsel level, placing a significant number of equity and non‑equity partners into US offices. Our clients include many of the firms consistently ranked in the top 50 of the Am Law 100 and the fastest‑growing U.S. platforms of international firms. We utilise sophisticated tech to increase the efficiency of our team and take away the initial leg‑work.
The Role
We are expanding our US partner recruitment team and seek an experienced Senior Legal Recruiter who thrives on working on high‑level partner placements and wants to own relationships with the city’s most sought‑after law firms.

- Lead end‑to‑end partner and group searches for Am Law and international law firm clients in the US
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and candidates across all major practice areas

- Advise law firm leadership (Managing Partners, Practice Heads, Recruitment Committees) on lateral strategy, compensation trends, and competitive positioning
- Negotiate complex offers and manage sensitive partner departures and arrivals

Fully remote, Cyprus or London‑based. Fully‑expensed travel for team conferences in Europe.
Ideal Background
- 3‑5 years of legal recruiting experience with a demonstrable track record of placing partners or counsel into law firms
- Deep, current knowledge of the lateral partner market — who is moving, why, and at what compensation levels
- Existing relationships with partners at top‑tier US and international law firms strongly preferred
- Exceptional discretion, commercial judgement, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. or equivalent legal background highly valued
