The Opportunity

We’re seeking a talented Legal Recruiter to join our growing, hard-working, and fun team, focusing on Partner-level recruitment for AM Law 100 firms. This role offers flexible work arrangements, with a requirement to spend a few months each year in our Limassol office to collaborate with colleagues and master our proprietary tech system. You’ll enjoy the energy of our modern workspace while having the freedom to work remotely in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and place Partner-level candidates in AM Law 100 firms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with law firm partners and lateral recruitment teams.
  • Drive business development to secure new clients and maintain existing partnerships.
  • Conduct high-level calls and meetings with senior legal professionals, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.
  • Leverage our AI-powered sourcing system to identify top talent at scale.
  • Collaborate with our Limassol-based team to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • 3-5 years of experience in legal recruitment, ideally with a focus on Partner-level placements in the US market.
  • Strong knowledge of the legal industry, particularly AM Law 100 firms.
  • If primarily experienced in associate-level recruitment, a clear passion and interest in transitioning to Partner-focused recruitment.
