About the Role:

As a Principal Recruiter, you will be the face of Executive Hunt, responsible for acquiring new clients, managing high-level recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate has a strong background in executive search, particularly in the legal or financial sectors, and excels at building and maintaining strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  1. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities by showcasing Executive Hunt’s value.
  3. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes.

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  2. Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to match candidates with client needs.
  3. Implement best practices to enhance candidate engagement and experience.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Streamline processes to improve recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction.
  2. Track and report on key performance metrics, including placement rates and time-to-fill.
  3. Collaborate internally to refine and innovate recruitment strategies.
  4. Stay informed on legal and financial market trends to provide strategic insights.
  5. Leverage industry connections to source top-tier talent and expand Executive Hunt’s network.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years in executive search or talent recruiting, preferably in law or finance.
  2. Proven experience managing high-level client relationships and negotiations.
  3. Strong operational knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach to driving business success.
