About the Role:

As a Principal Recruiter, you will be the face of Executive Hunt, responsible for acquiring new clients, managing high-level recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate has a strong background in executive search, particularly in the legal or financial sectors, and excels at building and maintaining strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Identify and secure new business opportunities by showcasing Executive Hunt’s value.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes.

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to match candidates with client needs.
Implement best practices to enhance candidate engagement and experience.

Operational Excellence:

Streamline processes to improve recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including placement rates and time-to-fill.
Collaborate internally to refine and innovate recruitment strategies.
Stay informed on legal and financial market trends to provide strategic insights.
Leverage industry connections to source top-tier talent and expand Executive Hunt’s network.

Qualifications:

5+ years in executive search or talent recruiting, preferably in law or finance.
Proven experience managing high-level client relationships and negotiations.
Strong operational knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach to driving business success.
