Our mission is to be the leading partner recruiters in the US, and we’re expanding our team in Limassol to support this vision.

We are seeking a skilled Legal Recruiter with expertise in the US legal market to join our dynamic Limassol-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or hybrid from Limassol, collaborating with a focused, supportive, and ambitious group of professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding recruitment results for top US law firms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and place Associate and Partner-level candidates in leading US law firms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with law firm partners and lateral recruitment teams in the US.
  • Drive business development by securing new US-based clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Conduct high-level calls and virtual meetings with senior legal professionals, demonstrating professionalism and market expertise.
  • Collaborate with our global team to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and uphold Executive Hunt’s reputation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Essential: Proven track record of placements at Associate and/or Partner level in top US law firms, or comparable high-level recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of the US legal market, with the ability to adapt to its nuances.
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional communication skills to engage senior US law firm partners.
  • Skills: Confidence and gravitas to build relationships with senior legal professionals.
  • Strong business development skills to generate and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Comfort with remote or hybrid work, leveraging digital tools for global collaboration.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with key US legal markets (New York, Washington D.C., Texas, Miami).
