The Role
As Supply Chain & Logistics Director, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of the function, including Planning, S&OP, Purchasing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Services.
Your remit will include:
- Transforming the supply chain to support ambitious growth and best‑in‑class service levels.
- Leading S&OP, ensuring robust forecasting, planning discipline and cross‑functional alignment.
- Driving operational efficiency across warehousing, inbound/outbound logistics and customer fulfilment.
- Building strategic partnerships with internal customers, suppliers and third‑party logistics providers.
- Developing a high‑performing team, uplifting capability, structure and culture.
- Delivering cost, service, and working capital improvements that support business scaling.

The Ideal Candidate
This role requires an energetic, decisive and commercially sharp leader with a passion for building high‑performing operations in fast‑paced environments.
You should bring:
- A strong track record in FMCG, high‑volume manufacturing, or similar fast‑paced environments.
- Experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions at Director level or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in S&OP, forecasting, logistics, purchasing and customer fulfilment.
- A hands‑on leadership style, comfortable operating strategically while staying close to the details.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with proven success delivering measurable operational and financial improvements.
- Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to influence at Board level.
- Experience working with Private Equity or within a highly growth‑oriented business would be highly advantageous.
