Our client is a hugely successful and an award-winning global organization specialising in CRM software solutions to the SME marketplace. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based at their prestigious UK headquarters in Central London.

Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and ‘Train the Trainer’ roles.
  • Experience in SaaS Sales.
  • Good knowledge of CRM and Marketing solutions.
  • Strong communication skills both when training sellers or working with stakeholders.
  • Ability to motivate and guide others to act.
  • Experience with Docebo, coaching and call evaluation systems, Slack or Amazon Connect.
  • Experience working with various AI tools would prove useful.

Duties:

  • The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful.
  • Onboarding new hires.
  • Delivering ongoing learning that drives performance improvement.
  • Review sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and skill gaps.
  • Oversee Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning to the sales teams.
