Support Worker 36 hours per week £24,309.00 The Telecare Service is a responsive team who visit customers in their own homes. You will be required to: * answer alarm activations across the city which have been raised by the customer or from an allocated assistive technology device * assist customers to mobilise, support with personal care, customer falls and ambulance crew assistance * respond to assistive technology which may include, property exit sensors, smoke alarms and pressure mats This services operate a set rota featuring the following shifts: • 36 Hours per week • We require staff to work on our overnight team: 8:45pm to 07:30am • Rota – 4 Nights on 4 Nights off Training will be included in an induction of the company and service It is essential that you have the following skills and attributes: * A positive caring outlook * Have excellent written and communication skills * The ability to work shifts (including evenings weekends and bank holidays) All CV’s should be supported by two satisfactory references, a current DBS disclosure, evidence of right to work in the UK, and proof of a valid driving licence to drive a manual vehicle.
