Four vacancies have arisen for General Construction Operatives that hold a valid Driver's license to work within Repairs & Construction Services. We are seeking self‑motivated individuals who are capable of working alone as well as part of a multi‑skilled team.
You will be responsible for driving a fleet vehicle in accordance with FTA and undertaking a range of labouring tasks including:
- Delivering materials
- Clearing properties
- Cleaning properties
- Reinstating gardens to their original state
- Waste collections
Reporting to a Repairs & Construction Manager within Voids or R&M sections, you will be expected to work on a variety of properties and schemes including minor refurbishments, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices and standards.
