Marketing Assistant / Analyst Job Specification: Marketing Operations Associate 1 year contract 20 hours per week 16.46 per hour Profile: This role is primarily focused on coordinating and driving the system implementation process for the creation, adjustment, and maintenance of part numbers and associated system records. The successful candidate should be highly organised, process-oriented, and confident managing detailed workflows that require accuracy, follow-up, and coordination across multiple teams. They should be comfortable working within structured approval processes, gathering the right inputs from stakeholders, chasing actions to completion, and ensuring that part setup and changes are completed correctly and on time. In addition, the individual should be able to support wider Product Management processes, but the core of the role is ownership and coordination of this key systems and process activity.
