We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Joiner to join our dynamic team in a busy responsive repairs service. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of joinery repair in tenanted properties. Responsibilities:
- Perform various joinery repairs and installations in tenanted properties.
- Carry out tasks such as door/window repairs, skirting board installations, kitchen fittings, and general carpentry work.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.
- Adhere to project timelines and respond efficiently to urgent repair requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Joiner, with expertise in all aspects of joinery repair.
- Possess a valid driving license to travel to various properties.
- Hold a valid face fit certification to ensure compliance with respiratory protection standards.
- Asbestos awareness trained and certified.
- Working at height certification is necessary to perform tasks that involve elevated areas.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
