Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality person-centred care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
• Administering medication safely and accurately as prescribed.
• Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring support accordingly.
• Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring a clean and comfortable home environment.
• Undertaking light housekeeping tasks, such as shopping and laundry.

Essential Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (or demonstrably equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and empathetic nature with a commitment to client well-being.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of care.
• The ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the wider care team.
